On the western end you have magnificent views across Sheephaven Bay. In the north of the peninsula between the two headlands you have the beautiful sandy beach in Tra na Rossan Bay. Further north is Melmore Head with its stunning beach and on the way south along Mulroy Bay there are many beaches and inlets. To appreciate the peninsula it is best walked or cycled.
