The Back Strand Beach is near Streedagh Point county Sligo in the north west of Ireland. This stunning 2.5km long sandy beach is part of a sand dune peninsula which connects Streedagh Point to Conors Island. The sand dunes are truly amazing here and behind them is a large tidal lagoon and the Grange River.
