Welcome to Harbour House and Leisure Centre at the head of Maharees peninsula, the playground of the Dingle Peninsula and Wild Atlantic way near the village of Castlegregory. Surrounded by water on three sides, our family run guesthouse has 16 en-suite bedrooms, an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, guest lounges, lecture rooms, drying facilities, bar and Islands Seafood Restaurant, famous for its fresh seafood and panoramic views of the breath-taking scenery of the Maharees Islands from both indoors and outdoors from our relaxing sun deck.



Good food, a comfortable bed and leisure centre can be found in many hotels in Ireland, but it is unusual to find them in a guest house. Harbour house has excellent leisure and fitness facilities ensure there's always something to do, both in and out of the water. The leisure centre has a well equipped gym, indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. In season, we also offer: Beauty Therapy, Natural Therapy, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Swimming and Scuba Diving lessons.



You will never be short of thing to see and do at Harbour House. In addition to great walks, cycling and horse riding nearby, we operate Ireland's oldest family run watersports centre, the award winning Waterworld along with another sister business Splash Sports offering daily sea dives, sea safari and boat trips around the Maharees islands, try-a-dive in our indoor pool, surfing, kids camps, canoeing, paddle boats, ever popular water trampoline and powerboat courses. The world famous and ever popular Dingle Way long distance walking trail passes our front door. We are perfectly located for an overnight stop on the route and can arrange luggage transfers, lunch and more for tired and hungry walkers.



Waterworld offers PADI dive courses from beginners to instructor with 'some of the best diving in the world' according to the famous Jacques Cousteau. We are a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Instructor Development Centre and Irelands first and only National Geographic Dive Centre.
